Work­shop for kids

The sculp­ture ​‘Perlen’ (Pearls) by artist Sonia Leimer in Turgi vil­lage park com­me­mo­ra­tes the history of paper pro­duc­tion and the regi­on’s indus­trial past. In this work­shop, we will explore the art­work on site and learn more about the fasci­na­ting history that inspi­red it.

After­wards, we will be inspi­red by the sculp­ture and get crea­tive our­sel­ves: we will use hand­made paper beads to create small sculp­tures and pieces of jewel­lery – each one indi­vi­dual and unique.

For child­ren aged 5 and above.
