Cookies
We use cookies to facilitate the use of our website. Cookies are information files that your web browser automatically stores on your computer’s hard drive when you visit our website. They also make it possible, in particular, to determine the frequency of use and number of users of the pages, to analyse behaviour patterns of page use, but also to make our offer more user-friendly. Most Internet browsers accept cookies automatically and cookies remain stored beyond the termination of the browser session and can be retrieved when you visit the site again. However, you can configure your browser so that no cookies are stored on your computer or a message always appears when you receive a new cookie. Deactivating cookies may mean that you cannot use all the functions of our website. A general objection to the use of cookies for online marketing purposes can be declared for many of the services, especially in the case of tracking, via the US site http://www.aboutads.info/choic… or the EU site http://www.youronlinechoices.com/. In addition, the storage of cookies can be disabled by deactivating them in the browser settings. Please note that you may then not be able to use all the functions of this online offer. The provider of this website automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are: Browser type and browser version, operating system used, referrer URL, host name of the accessing computer, time of the server request.
Data transfer
In the context of personal data processing, the Association AF uses a cloud solution from an external service provider. The data transfer takes place on the basis of a contract on commissioned data processing, in which the external service provider has undertaken to comply with the duties of care in accordance with data protection law. Beyond this, we only pass on your data if we are obliged to do so by law or by official or court orders.
Duration of Storage of Personal Data
We process and store your personal data for as long as it is necessary for the fulfilment of our contractual and legal obligations or the purposes pursued with the processing, i.e. for example for the duration of the entire business relationship (from the initiation, processing to the termination of a contract) as well as beyond that in accordance with the legal storage and documentation obligations. In this context, it is possible that personal data will be retained for the time during which claims can be asserted against our association (i.e. in particular during the statutory limitation period) and insofar as we are otherwise legally obliged to do so or legitimate business interests require this. As soon as your personal data is no longer required for the above-mentioned purposes, it will be deleted or anonymised as a matter of principle and as far as possible.
Rights of the Data Subjects
Within the framework of the data protection law applicable to you, you have the right to information, correction and deletion, the right to restrict data processing and to object to our data processing, as well as to the release of certain personal data for the purpose of transferring it to another entity (so-called data portability). Please note, however, that we reserve the right to enforce the restrictions provided for by law, for example if we are obliged to retain or process certain data, if we have an overriding interest in doing so (insofar as we are entitled to rely on this) or if we need the data to assert claims. If you incur costs, we will inform you in advance. You can contact us for the aforementioned purposes via the e‑mail address info@art-flow.ch. We reserve the right to request proof of identity in order to process your requests.
