With «Chnächt Klos­ter Fahr» and «Lico­rice Harm­ony», two new pro­jects will be inau­gu­ra­ted as part of the gro­wing exhi­bi­tion ART FLOW – Art in the Lim­mat­tal.

Nature, land­scape, plants, ani­mals, and the agri­cul­ture that draws its bene­fits from them form vital impul­ses in the artis­tic prac­ti­ces of both Kelly Tissot and Sandra Knecht. From dif­fe­ring per­spec­ti­ves, both artists explore how society and the eco­nomy engage with these incre­asingly scarce resour­ces. In Sandra Knecht’s much-dis­cus­sed oeuvre, food pro­duc­tion and the cul­tu­ral appro­pria­tion of cui­sine take centre stage. Kelly Tissot, on the other hand, focu­ses on the cul­ti­va­tion and trans­for­ma­tion of land­scapes.

Through the pro­ject part­ner­ship with Fahr Erleb­nis AG, both art­works gain a unique con­tex­tua­li­sa­tion within the frame­work of a working agri­cul­tu­ral enter­prise.
